As President of Benefits by Design, and host of “The Health Insurance Advocate Show” Cary has focused his company to be a consumer advocate organization. Cary is a top producer for Coventry Health Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, Aetna, Assurant, Golden Rule, and United Healthcare. Cary is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (http://www.nahu.org/) and The Greater Kansas City Benefit Professionals Association (ebpa-kc.org).

Cary serves on the Board of Directors for Benilde Hall, a local charity that houses, clothes and feeds homeless men in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Additionally, he is a member of the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars), Vietnam Dog Handlers Association and Promise Keepers.

Cary is available for public speaking engagements and his most recent event was Guest Lecturer for the Rockhurst College Physician's MBA Program. Cary has spoken to other groups such as the Kansas City Polio Foundation, Sertoma of Kansas City, the Missouri Foster Parents Association and the Missouri Garage and Gasoline Owners Association as well as various insurance carriers. Ginny Crum earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Emporia State University. Over the last twenty years she taught Kindergarten to third grade, most recently at St. Joseph Grade School at Shawnee, Kansas. I am very excited to have joined the team at Benefits by Design, Inc. in March, 2005. My communication skills and attention to detail allow me to run quotes and promptly process your insurance applications in addition to other office duties.

I am a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and have been in the Insurance business for twenty years. I have dedicated many hours of study and hard work to address the problems that seniors face these days. This problem is out living their money and losing their assets do to inflation, unnecessary tax payout, and the high cost of long term care. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College. Working with a global financial firm, I gained invaluable training and experience, specializing in life insurance, annuities, mortgages and investments. In 2004, I became an independent agent representing many of the largest insurance companies in the U.S. Currently, with the Benefits by Design team, I educate my clients in Life and Health insurance, offering independent advice to help them make prudent, informed decisions to hedge ever increasing costs.
